0008243: Typo in admin "List for testing" page

Description

The list descriptin in sample list "test" that comes with a new installation says:

List for testing. I you don't make this list live and add yourself as a member, you can use this list to test a message. If the message comes out ok, you can resend it to other lists.

But should say:

List for testing. If you don't make this list live and add yourself as a member, you can use this list to test a message. If the message comes out ok, you can resend it to other lists.

(the second sentence should start with "If" instead of "I")
