Summary 0008212: theme header references missing images
Description After a fresh install of phplist, the theme header for the "subscribe" frontend page has several broken images at the top/left and top/center of the header.

** The broken images icons are only visible in Internet Explorer, not Firefox. In Firefox the images are simply missing.

The source for the header is taken from:

/lists/admin/defaultconfig.inc

The images in question are:

top01.png
top02.png
top03a.png
top03b.png

Those images have not been included with phplist for a long time.

Editing that file after installation makes no difference to the subscription page, so it must be using a copy in the database or somewhere else.

Additional subscription pages created via the backend tool also exhibit the same problem.

the thing is, it's supposed to be replaced by your website so, it shouldn't matter, but it's true, loads of people keep the default design.
