| Summary | 0015348: Allow admin to approve unsubscribers | ||||||||||
| Description | Like http://mantis.phplist.com/view.php?id=15176 [^] but for unsubscribers. Those who need such a thing probably don't currently provide an unsubscribe link in their messages at all, so it would be an improvement for them. | ||||||||||

Giving maximum subscription and unsubscription control to subscribers is obviously important, at least in all scenarios I can think of. Including an unsubscribe link in each message is not only good practice, but a requirement for bulk mail with a number of large mail providers. Why would it be an improvement to reduce or take away unsubscription control from subscribers? |

Other than liberty to the admins in general (true liberty must go both ways - GPL style), phplist can also be used in organizations. |
